The display device further includes a first semiconductor layer defining a channel of each of the first transistor, the second transistor, and the third transistor. The second transistor of the first pixel is connected to the third transistor of the second pixel via the first semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer overlaps the recess pattern between the first pixel and the second pixel.
