摘要： Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless writing tracking are described. In one example, a described system comprises: a transmitter configured for transmitting a first wireless signal through a wireless multipath channel of a venue; a receiver configured for receiving a second wireless signal through the wireless multipath channel; and a processor. The second wireless signal comprises a reflection of the first wireless signal by a tip of a writing instrument in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (CI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, wherein each CI comprises at least one of: a channel state information (CSI), channel impulse response (CIR), channel frequency response (CFR), or received signal strength index (RSSI); and tracking a movement of the tip of the writing instrument based on the time series of CI (TSCI).

The second wireless signal differs from the first wireless signal due to the wireless multipath channel that is impacted by a motion of an object in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, tracking the motion of the object based on the TSCI to generate a gesture trajectory of the object, and determining a gesture shape based on the gesture trajectory and a plurality of pre-determined gesture shapes.

The receiver is configured for: receiving a wireless signal from a transmitter through a wireless multipath channel that is impacted by an expression of an object in the venue, wherein the object has at least one movable part and is expressed in the expression with respect to a setup in the venue; and obtaining a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the wireless signal received by the receiver. The processor is configured for computing information associated with the object based at least partially on the TSCI obtained when the object is expressed in the expression, and performing, based on the information associated with the object, a task associated with at least one of the object and the venue.

摘要： Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless sleep monitoring are disclosed. In one embodiment, a described sleep monitoring system comprises: at least one sensor in a venue, wherein the at least one sensor comprises a wireless non-contact sensor having no physical contact with the user; a processor communicatively coupled to the at least one sensor; a memory communicatively coupled to the processor; and a set of instructions stored in the memory. The set of instructions, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform: obtaining, based on the at least one sensor, a plurality of time series of sensing features (TSSF) associated with a sleep motion of a user in the venue, and monitoring the sleep motion of the user jointly based on the plurality of TSSF. At least one TSSF of the plurality of TSSF is obtained by: communicating, based on the wireless non-contact sensor, a wireless signal in a wireless multipath channel of the venue, extracting a time series of channel information (TSCI) of the wireless multipath channel of the venue from the wireless signal, and obtaining the at least one TSSF based on the TSCI.

摘要： A confidentiality preserving system and method for performing a rank-ordered search and retrieval of contents of a data collection. The system includes at least one computer system including a search and retrieval algorithm using term frequency and/or similar features for rank-ordering selective contents of the data collection, and enabling secure retrieval of the selective contents based on the rank-order. The search and retrieval algorithm includes a baseline algorithm, a partially server oriented algorithm, and/or a fully server oriented algorithm. The partially and/or fully server oriented algorithms use homomorphic and/or order preserving encryption for enabling search capability from a user other than an owner of the contents of the data collection. The confidentiality preserving method includes using term frequency for rank-ordering selective contents of the data collection, and retrieving the selective contents based on the rank-order.
