摘要： The invention relates to a wind power installation comprising a rotor (6) which can be turned with wind power, and has a rotor hub (10) and at least one rotor blade (11) rotatably mounted thereon, a higher-level operation control device (15) and a blade angle adjustment system (16) communicatively connected to same and having components that can be used for the emergency deactivation of the wind power installation, by means of which system the rotor blade (11) can be rotated relative to the rotor hub (10) and can be thereby positioned in different blade angle positions, wherein control commands (54) for the positioning of the rotor blade can be output to the blade angle adjustment system (16) by the operation control device (15), and the blade angle adjustment system (16) follows the control commands (54) in a normal operation of the wind power installation and correspondingly positions the rotor blade (11), and wherein the blade angle adjustment system (16) also has a monitoring unit (50) that can run in parallel to the normal operation, by means of which the functionality of the or a portion of the components can be checked.

The measurement comprises a first angular-velocity sensor (130) measuring a first angular velocity (φ) around a first sensor axis (e1), the first angular-velocity sensor (130) fixedly attached to the at least one blade (100) with a first predetermined orientation selected to produce a first projection of the main rotational axis (32) onto the first sensor axis (e1), a second angular-velocity sensor (140) measuring a second angular velocity (β) around a second sensor axis (e2), the second angular-velocity sensor (140) fixedly attached to the at least one blade (100) with a second predetermined orientation selected to produce a second projection of the main rotational axis (32) onto the second sensor axis (e2), the first sensor axis (e1) and the second sensor axis (e2) being linearly independent, and a first computational unit (160) computing a computed pitch angle (θ1c) based on of the first angular velocity (φ) and the second angular velocity (β).The invention relates also to a method for determining an azimuthal position and azimuthal rotational velocity of the at least one blade relative to the nacelle, the azimuthal position being defined by the rotational motion of the hub relative to the nacelle.

摘要： An angular position encoder for a rotating shaft is disclosed, in particular for application on the rotor shaft in wind turbines. A materialized measure in the form of a roller chain is arranged around the circumference of the shaft. A scanning head in the form of a sensor is arranged at a distance from the materialized measure and scans the surface of the materialized measure as the shaft is rotating. A measurement value evaluation unit processes recorded measurement values to give positional and/or speed data on the shaft. A method for determination and measurement of the rotor speed or position for a rotating shaft by means of the angular position encoder is also disclosed which includes determination and measurement of the rotor speed or position, creating or mapping at least one reference pattern or map of the chain, and a comparing the pattern and an actual measurement value.

摘要： Method for controlling a rotor blade adjustment device (14) of a wind turbine or water hydroelectric powerplant (1), wherein the rotor blade adjustment device (14) has a drive (20) which is connected to a rotor blade (8) which is subjected to a flow of wind or water and has the purpose of rotating the rotor blade (8) about a rotor blade axis (15) relative to a rotor hub (7) on which the rotor blade (8) is mounted so as to be rotatable about the rotor blade axis (15), and an electromagnetic brake (34) which is connected to the rotor blade (8) and has the purpose of blocking rotation of the rotor blade (8) about the rotor blade axis (15), wherein the brake (34) is actuated in order to change its activation state at a brake activation time (tB), wherein the drive (20) is actuated to change its driving state at a drive activation time (tA) which has a predetermined chronological offset (ΔtV) with respect to the brake activation time (tB), and wherein an electric current (IB) which flows through the brake (34) is measured, the form of the resulting current/time curve is evaluated, and the chronological offset (ΔtV) is newly determined and/or adapted as a function of the result of this evaluation.

The method involves measuring blade deformations indicative of blade loads acting on the blade to identify actual blade loads (P,R,T), measuring blade-state information (Ψ,Ω,,V) indicative of a blade operational state to identify a given blade operational state (α,Q), providing a clean-surface aerodynamic map (c) relating blade loads to an ensemble of blade operational states when the blade surface is in a clean state, providing a dirty-surface aerodynamic map (d) relating blade loads to an ensemble of blade operational states when the blade surface is in a dirty state, estimating the surface condition of the blade by comparing the distance of the actual blade loads (P,R,T) to the blade loads given by the clean-surface aerodynamic map (c) at the given operational state (α,Q), and the distance of the actual blade loads (P,R,T) to the blade loads given by the dirty-surface aerodynamic map (c) at the given operational state (α,Q).
