摘要： The present invention provides a process for preparing ethylene and/or propylene, wherein an oxygenate feedstock is contacted with a zeolite-comprising catalyst at a temperature in the range of from 500 to 700° C. to obtain a reactor effluent comprising ethylene and/or propylene and the oxygenate feedstock is contacted with the catalyst in a riser reactor having a reactor wall defining a flow trajectory towards a downstream outlet for reactor effluent, wherein at least oxygenate feedstock and catalyst are provided at one or more upstream inlets of the riser reactor and wherein C5 olefins are admitted to the riser reactor at one or more of locations along the length of the flow trajectory. The invention further provides a reaction system suitable for preparing ethylene and propylene.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for preparing ethylene and/or propylene, wherein an oxygenate feedstock is contacted with a molecular sieve-comprising catalyst at a temperature in the range of from 350 to 500° C. to obtain a reactor effluent comprising ethylene and/or propylene and the oxygenate feedstock is contacted with the catalyst in a riser reactor having a reactor wall defining a flow trajectory towards a downstream outlet for reactor effluent, wherein at least oxygenate feedstock and catalyst are provided at one or more upstream inlets of the riser reactor and wherein a water quench medium is admitted to the riser reactor at one or more of locations along the length of the flow trajectory through a plurality of inlets distributed along the periphery of the reactor wall. The invention further provides a reaction system suitable for preparing ethylene and propylene.

摘要： Implementations of the disclosed subject matter provide a process for the aromatization of a methane-containing gas stream may include contacting the methane-containing gas stream in a reaction zone comprising an aromatization catalyst particulate and an inert heat carrier particulate under methane-containing gas aromatization reaction conditions to produce a product stream comprising aromatics in the reaction zone. The inert heat carrier particulate may be separated from the aromatization catalyst particulate in a separation zone under separation conditions. The aromatization catalyst particulate may have a first minimum fluidization velocity and the inert heat carrier particulate may have a second minimum fluidization velocity which may be greater than the first minimum fluidization velocity. The ratio of the second minimum fluidization velocity to the first minimum fluidization velocity may be less than 200 and may be more than 15.

摘要： A method comprises introducing biomass solids to a digester comprising a reactor, a circulation system including a first injector; providing a catalyst-containing digestion medium and an organic solvent layer floating thereon; circulating the medium through the circulation system; flowing gas through the medium; keeping the medium hot enough to digest the solids; and operating the digester such a headspace exists above the solvent. The digester includes a first eductor having an inlet in the headspace, a second eductor having an inlet in the organic layer, and a downdraft tube having an inlet in the digestion medium. A motive fluid flowing from the first injector draws gas from the headspace into the first eductor, a motive fluid flowing from the first eductor draws fluid from the organic layer into the second eductor, and a motive fluid flowing from the second eductor draws fluid from the digestion medium into the downdraft tube.

Compositions disclosed herein include enhanced dried distiller's grains having a cmde protein content of at least 45% on a dry weight basis and having a total fat content of less than 10% on a dry weight basis.

摘要： A process for the production of benzene and ethylene from an alkane-containing gas stream. The alkane-containing gas stream may be contacted, in a reaction zone of a reactor under alkane aromatization conditions, with an aromatization catalyst including any combination of fresh, spent, and regenerated catalyst to produce an outlet stream including (i) spent catalyst and (ii) a product mixture including benzene and ethylene. The spent catalyst may be regenerated in a regeneration zone under regeneration conditions to produce the regenerated catalyst. A selected amount of fresh catalyst may be added to the regeneration zone to produce the mixture of fresh catalyst and regenerated catalyst, which may be recycled to the reaction zone. A ratio of benzene to ethylene in the product mixture may be controlled by modifying the alkane aromatization conditions, the regeneration conditions, and/or the selected amount of fresh catalyst added to the regeneration zone.
