摘要： An electric therapeutic apparatus for inducing an expectoration of sputum by a patient having difficulty therewith by using an interference low frequency wave, which comprises at least one electric current generating unit for generating an electric current having an intermediate frequency, an electric current detecting unit for detecting an electric current when an electric power is supplied, an electric current controlling unit for controlling the current flowing in the apparatus when an electric power is supplied, and at least one pair of electrodes adapted to be attached to a human body, the input of which is connected to the current generating unit. The apparatus can be combined with a separate bioelectric potential measuring unit with a suitable coupling means so that the electric therapeutic treatment can be carried out while checking the bioelectric potential, this unit being, for example, an electrocardiogram, and therefore, if an abnormal bioelectric potential is detected during the electric therapeutic treatment, the current supplied to the therapeutic apparatus is stopped or reduced so that a treatment having a high safety and excellent accuracy can be obtained. Moreover, a fixing device of an electrode in which a plurality of electrodes can be easily fixed to any portion of a human body is provided.

摘要： An electronic metronome with an oscillator for producing a signal of predetermined frequency and a variable divider connected to the oscillator for variably dividing the signal to a signal of lower frequency equal to that of a tempo sound to be obtained. A tempo sound generator is connected to the variable divider and is responsive thereto for generating the tempo sound to be obtained. Apparatus is provided for audibly and/or optically displaying the thusly obtained tempo sound. The electronic metronome is capable of effecting audible and visual display of a down-beat sound and medial-beat sound or any combination thereof besides the tempo sound.

摘要： A method for heat sterilizing an artificial kidney comprising a receptacle having accommodated therein permselective hollow filaments and including inlet and outlet ports for the blood and inlet and outlet ports for a dialyzate, which comprises(a) filling a primer consisting of water or a water solution into the artificial kidney,(b) connecting a pressure buffer tank to at least one of the inlet and outlet ports,(c) sealing the remaining ports by stopper means,(d) heating the artificial kidney to a temperature of 80.degree. to 130.degree. C. to heat sterilize it, and moving the gas and a part of the primer in the artificial kidney which have been expanded by heating to the pressure buffer tank,(e) cooling the artificial kidney to return the primer in the buffer tank to the artificial kidney, and(f) aseptically sealing the port connected to the pressure buffer tank; and artificial kidneys of specified constituent elements suitable for use in heat sterilization by this method.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to construct a sensing system capable of extracting change information as new time series information from a continuous moving picture in a non-contact manner and remotely without requiring a special illuminating and irradiating device and driving the succeeding processing system as required, to clearly show a phenomenon in an arbitrary frequency band existing in the moving picture. The present invention provides an apparatus for and a method of extracting time series image information, which comprises input means for inputting a moving picture of an object, primary processing means for detecting a primary information change in each of corresponding regions of a frame at a time point T0 which is updated and a frame at a time point T1 which is updated in a predetermined relationship with the time point T0 with respect to natural time series information on the moving picture inputted at a predetermined frame rate, secondary processing means for newly arranging the primary information change as an element to create a time-series-signalized primary information change which is arbitrary time series information and extracting a time-series-signalized secondary information change having a physical meaning different from that of the time-series-signalized primary information change as required.
