    • The invention provides an ink set having at least: an ink composition comprising a pigment; and a treatment liquid containing at leas an organic acidic compound and a polymer compound comprising a structural unit represented by the following Formula (A). In Formula (A), Ra1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; La1 represents a single bond, —COO— or —CONRa3—, in which Ra3 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms which may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of an ether bond, a thioether bond, and an ester bond; La2 represents a single bond or a divalent linking group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms which may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of an ether bond, a thioether bond, and an ester bond; and Aa represents an ionic group.

    • An ink for ink-jet recording is provided.
