摘要： The present invention discloses a linear-edged 3D solid or hollow microneedle or microknife. A tip edge of the microneedle or microknife is a linear edge parallel to a group of (111) oriented facets of monocrystalline silicon. The linear edge extends along a straight or curved line and has a narrow width. An opening is formed on one or each side adjoining the linear tip edge, or is formed at the middle of the linear tip edge. The opening is communicated with a channel formed from the bottom surface of the microneedle or microknife, so as to form a through hole from the tip to the bottom of the microneedle or microknife. The triangular channel has six side walls of (111) oriented facets. The microneedle or microknife is used for transdermal drug delivery, body fluid withdrawing or the like. Methods for producing a microneedle or microknife are also disclosed.

The needle head can be used directly on existing insulin pen, or the cylindrical column can be provided inside it with an injection reservoir to form a disposable prefilled syringe. By using a plurality of thin, short needle tubes for injecting simultaneously, vertical hypodermic injection of medicines such as insulin can be preformed rapidly, leakproof, painlessly, safely and conveniently at various sites of a human body, without needing to pinch skin, while a potential trouble that the medicines be injected into muscles can be avoided. Patient adherence to the treatment regimen and the treatment effect are improved.

摘要： The invention discloses a microneedle array chip comprising metal microneedles and a substrate, wherein the microneedle consists of a needle head with a tip at its top, a needle bar and a needle seat, and is fixed onto the substrate via the needle seat; and the needle bar of the metal microneedle, having a cylindrical or conical shape, is inclined toward the substrate at a preset angle, and the needle head has a conical shape, or the upper surface of the tip is an oval plane or oval ring plane parallel to the substrate or inclined toward it at a preset acute angle. The metal microneedles in the microneedle array chip of the invention have firm structures to avoid fracture, and have sharp tips to facilitate puncturing. The maximal puncturing depth of the microneedles is easy to adjust and control. The microneedles in the array have good uniformity, and are safe and reliable to use. The hollow microneedles, like conventional syringe needles, have lateral openings, and thus can effectively avoid the blockage of the infusion poles by skin, thereby facilitating rapid diffusion and absorption of drugs, and resulting in significant therapeutic effects.
