摘要： A fastening and carrying device (2) for a disposable absorbent incontinence pad (4) has a belt (6) which is closed on itself in a detachable manner by means of belt closure elements (22), thus forming a continuous hip opening in the circumferential hip direction (8). The belt (6) has one flap section (32, 34) each proceeding from the back region (16) and the abdominal region (14) extending in a longitudinal direction in direction (38) on the crotch region of the user, having preferably mechanically acting closure elements (40, 42) on the side thereof facing the body, which interact in a detachably adhering manner with complementary, preferably mechanically acting, closure elements on the side of the incontinence pad (4) facing away from the body.

摘要： A fixing and carrying device for a disposable absorbent incontinence pad includes a girdle having a front stomach region, a rear back region and a left-hand and a right-hand side region, and girdle closure elements for detachable closure of the girdle on itself so as to form a continuous hip opening in a hip-circumferential direction, the girdle having respective flap sections extending from the back region and the stomach region in a longitudinal direction toward a crotch region of a user; and closure elements respectively provided on a body-facing side of each flap section and being constructed for interaction with complementary closure elements on a body-averted side of the incontinence pad in a detachably adhesive manner, wherein prior to use of the fixing and carrying device the closure elements are folded in onto the body-facing side of the flap section, and the flap sections are respectively folded in onto the front stomach region and rear back region.
