摘要： A valve structure for a fluid dispenser primarily of the type known in the art as an aerosol dispenser incorporating a filter assembly comprising one or more filter elements each formed from an apertured, open mesh material of nylon or like synthetic fiber. At least one of the filter elements is mounted on a filter housing in the form of an auxiliary valve body attached to the primary valve body of the valve structure wherein the path of fluid flow is established from the interior of the dispenser to the valve chamber and the one or more filter elements are disposed in interruptive disposition relative to the path of fluid flow so as to cause filtering of any undesirable particles from the product or propellant as the product is being dispensed.

摘要： A foam spout is disclosed for use with an aerosol container having a valve for controlling flow of a product such as a foamable material from the container upon activation of the valve. The spout includes a support having a bottom region engagable with the container and an upwardly extending support wall with a slot. A button member has a conduit including a first conduit portion which is cooperable with the container valve of the container. The button member has a second conduit portion extending through the slot in the support wall of the support. A flexible wall is integral with the support and the button member enabling pivotal movement of the button member relative to the support whereby depression of the button member actuates the valve to cause flow of product through the conduit. The spout is especially suitable for use with aerosol containers having an upwardly extending valve stem which may be frictionally received in the first conduit portion of the button member.

摘要： An apparatus is disclosed for mounting a filter to a valve member which is suitable for use in an aerosol container or the like. The apparatus includes a valve member holder adapted for moving the valve member between a loading position, a securing position and an unloading position. The valve member is loaded on the valve member holder at the loading position. A securing element is mounted relative to the securing position with the filter being interposed between the valve member and the securing element. The securing element secures the filter to the valve member by sonic or ultrasonic welding. The valve member and the secured filter is unloaded from the valve member holder at the unloading position. The invention may include a sensor for sensing the presence of the filter secured to the valve member for testing each of the filtered valve members.
