The handle preferably has a straight main portion and a gripping portion which is arcuately shaped and extends away from a longitudinal axis of the straight portion. A fish hook is connected to the handle and is lockably positionable in a plurality of different rotationally aligned positions about the longitudinal axis. A fish hook detent interconnected between the handle and fish hook shank is selectively self-locking into one of a plurality of positional orientations of the fish hook. The device is preferably buoyant in water and the handle preferably has a uniform oval cross section to enhance gripability.

摘要： The invention is directed to a foldable electric bicycle with power assist having a front portion attached to a rear portion via a central pivot post. The front portion maintains a steering column, handle bar system and a front wheel assembly having a front wheel and an electric power train. The rear portion includes a rear connecting arm to maintain the rear wheel. The central pivot post includes a first end that connects with the front portion and a second end which connects with the rear portion. A peddle assembly connects below the central pivot post and communicates with the rear wheel through a drive chain. A rechargeable battery capable of providing electricity to the electric power train is shaped to fit within a cavity and is located within the central pivot post. The rechargeable battery is positioned proximate the user so as to vertically align with the user's girth.

The system and method includes determining the presence of a DHCP server; obtaining an IP address utilizing DHCP protocol if a DHCP is confirmed in communication with the network; allocating an IP address in a link-local addressing range if it is confirmed a DHCP is not in communication with the network; broadcasting data indicative of a presence on the network to the at least one client or server; initiating a browsing sequence in which the at least one DCT or the at least one client or server, sends a query to all connected devices on the subnet requesting a list of all devices that match a service type/protocol name and domain that the at least one DCT is adapted to communicate therewith; and the at least one DCT, or the at least one client or server, receiving responses from devices on the subnet in which the response includes each device's qualified name.
