摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide novel techniques for creating a high speed transformer such as a pulse transformer. In particular, a secondary coil of the high speed transformer may include a single turn. The use of a single turn secondary coil simplifies the design and manufacture of the transformer and aids in more efficient inspections. Further, the single turn secondary coil transformer may reduce the number of vias used to interconnect the components of the transformer. Additionally, the embodiments described herein may significantly improve voltage isolation by single turn coils, and eliminate vias between board layers.

摘要： An electromagnetic operator includes first and second coils wound coaxially. An armature partially surrounds the coils for channeling flux during energization of the coils. The armature may be formed of a bent plate and secured to a ferromagnetic support. A control circuit applies energizing signals to the coils during operation. Both coils are energized during an initial phase of operation. One of the coils is subsequently released or de-energized automatically. A timing circuit removes current from the second coil after a variable time period. The time period may be a function of the configuration of the timing circuit, such as an RC time constant, and of the energizing signal.

摘要： An electrical contactor includes an electromagnetic operator which may be powered by either AC or DC power. For use with AC power, a rectifier circuit converts AC waveforms to DC waveforms and applies the converted power to DC one or more DC coils. The rectifier circuitry applies DC power directly to a bus. A pair of coils may be used, such as separate pickup and holding coils. The pickup coil may be de-energized after an initial phase of operation. To permit rapid release of the holding coil, a control circuit interrupts an induced current path through the coil upon removal of power from the bus.

摘要： A torque wrench has a battery-powered sensing circuit which produces a torque signal proportional to the level of the torque applied. A reference signal corresponding to a predetermined torque level is subtracted from the torque signal to produce a difference signal which is, in turn, compared with a compensation signal which is proportional to the rate of change of the torque signal and is produced by differentiating the torque signal. When the value of the difference signal exceeds the value of the compensation signal, an indicator is triggered to produce a tactile indication, the indication being produced prior to the time that the torque signal reaches the reference level by a predetermined time period.

摘要： A method and apparatus for restricting rotation of a threaded fastener, the apparatus including a bracket member having a securing segment and an extending segment that are integrally linked wherein the securing segment forms a recess and the extending segment forms at least one restraining surface wherein a bonding material that solidifies and remains flexible upon curing is provided within the recess and, with the threaded fastener received within an aperture, the bracket member is positionable such that one end of the threaded member is receivable within the recess and within the bonding material prior to curing and the restraining surface contacts a surface of a receiving member to restrict motion of the bracket member about the aperture.

The apparatus has a body, a securement assembly and a release assembly. The release assembly has an engagement member coupled to the body and to the first and second interface members, and is engagable on a side of the body. A method of attachment and detachment with flanges of a rail mount assembly includes springably coupling first and second sides of a conductive mounting member to the first and second flange, laterally engaging a release actuator coupled to the mounting members, and simultaneously releasing the first and second sides of the mounting member from the flanges.
