摘要： Methods and systems and computer program products for reusing radio resources in a medical telemetry networks are provided. The method receives at a server, traffic information for a plurality of mobile transceivers, from a plurality of distributed receivers. The method identifies time slot assignments and frequency channel assignments of the plurality of mobile transceivers based on traffic information. The method then updates one or more time slot assignments and/or one or more frequency channel assignments based, at least in part, on traffic information. Finally, the method broadcasts updated instances of the time slot assignments and updated instances of frequency channel assignments.

The system includes one or more transmitters configured to transmit a signal, where each of the signals generated by the one or more transmitters corresponds to a respective frequency. Further, the system includes a plurality of receiver front-ends configured to receive the signal transmitted by each of the one or more transmitters. The system also includes a plurality of remodulator modules configured to translate each of the received signals to a signal having a respective intermediate frequency. In addition, the system includes a combining module configured to combine each of the signals having respective intermediate frequencies to generate a single composite signal. Also, the system includes a single analog-to-digital converter configured to process the composite signal and generate a digital output. Additionally, the system includes a digital signal processor module configured to extract the signal transmitted by each of the one or more transmitters.

摘要： An apparatus and method for determining network association status includes a first electronic device having a wireless communication system and a proximity system, and a second electronic device having a wireless communication system and a proximity system. The wireless communication systems of the first and second electronic devices have a communication range therebetween greater than an interaction range between the proximity systems of the first and second electronic devices. The proximity system of one of the first and second electronic devices is configured to interact with the proximity system of the other of the first and second electronic devices to determine proximity between the first and second electronic devices. The communication system of the first electronic device is configured to establish an association status communication with the communication system of the second electronic device after the proximity of the first and second electronic devices has been determined. Further, one of the first and second electronic devices is configured to notify an operator of an association status of the first and second electronic devices.

The telemetry system includes a sensor configured to obtain cardiac data, a first wireless device configured to store identification data, and a transmitter connected to the sensor. The transmitter includes a second wireless device. The transmitter is configured to directly receive the cardiac data from the sensor, and to implement the second wireless device to receive the identification data from the first wireless device. The telemetry system also includes a receiver wirelessly coupled with the transmitter. The receiver is configured to receive the cardiac data and the identification data from the transmitter. The telemetry system also includes a processor coupled with the receiver. The processor is configured to correlate the cardiac data with the identification data.

摘要： An apparatus enables a controller to be programmed without being dependent upon a particular type of programming tool. This independence is accomplished by providing data structures in the controller which define a table of executable commands along with a set of rules associated with use of each command. Upon being connected to the controller, a programming tool downloads the valid commands and command usage rules for that particular controller. This enables a generic programming tool to be used with a variety of controllers that have different commands and usage rules. For a facilities management system, the controller stores a plurality of daily control strategies which specify events that call for execution of a particular sequence of commands.
