摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a process and an apparatus for treating a gas containing reducing substances to efficiently degrade and remove the reducing substances. As a means to achieve this object, the present invention provides a process for treating a gas containing reducing substances by hydrothermal electrolysis, comprising supplying a gas containing reducing substances into a reactor charged with an aqueous medium containing a halide ion under application of a direct current at a temperature of 100° C. or more but the critical temperature of said aqueous medium or less and at a pressure that allows said aqueous medium to be kept in the liquid phase.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for removing and recovering copper by treating an acidic waste liquid containing copper ions such as an etching waste liquid resulting from etching a copper printed board in an etching solution of cupric chloride and a waste liquid after renewing a plating bath liquid in producing electrolytic copper foil.The present invention relates to a copper recovering method of recovering copper from a copper-containing acidic waste liquid by adding a liquid mixture of a copper-containing acidic waste liquid and an oxidizing agent to an alkaline agent solution while a pH of the alkaline agent solution to which the liquid mixture has been added is being controlled so as not to decrease to seven or lower even for a moment, and by obtaining a solid material whose main component is copper oxide.

摘要： A customer computer receives, through radio communication, from a computer of a product or service provider (a provider), items of personal information necessary for member registration. Then, the customer computer extracts, from a storage device storing personal information for the customer in advance, customer personal information corresponding to the items of personal information received from the computer of the provider, and transmits the extracted personal information to the computer of the provider. Thereafter, the customer computer receives, from the computer of the provider, member identification information and stores the member identification information. Therefore, customer can transmit/register personal information to a product or service provider, without repeatedly writing or entering the same data. The storage device of the customer computer stores member identification information, so the customer does not have to carry a number of different point cards that were respectively issued for use at the stores.
