摘要： A method and a system thereof for implementing instant communication of images through instant messenger are provided in the present invention, image data processing module is added in the instant messenger, which is used to acquire image data and transit the acquired data into object data, then the object data are retransmitted to network side by instant messenger. The instant messenger inside receiving client extracts image data from the received information from the network side and displays contents of the information, namely displaying the image. By applying the present invention, instant communication and information interaction of images is implemented, practicability and interesting quality of instant messaging is further increased, new functions of instant messaging service are developed and value-added capability of instant messaging service is enhanced.

The process includes the steps of forming a stem portion cavity with rounded top edges to enhance the mechanical strength, creating an insoluble diffused feature shrinking layer to reduce the gate length, carrying out a thermal flow process to further reduce the gate length, and forming a head portion cavity with negative side wall slopes to facilitate lift-off of gate metal layers.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method of processing a bituminous feed. The bituminous feed is contacted with an extraction liquor to form a slurry. A bridging liquid is added to the slurry in at least two stages and solids within the slurry are agitated to form an agglomerated slurry comprising agglomerated solids and a low solids bitumen extract. The agglomerates are then separated from the low solids bitumen extract. Potential benefits may include the production of smaller and more uniform agglomerates. The former may lead to higher bitumen recoveries and the latter may improve the solid-liquid separation rate. The bridging liquid may be added in an area of relatively high shear rates. Between stages of bridging liquid addition, agglomerates may be removed.
