摘要： A rock raking apparatus which is adapted to be attached to a self-propelled vehicle and includes a rock raking unit with a toothed rotor and a rock collector bucket pivotably connected to the raking unit. The rotor is driven to propel rocks into the bucket. The raking unit includes a power-rotated brush positioned to deflect the propelled rocks into the rear of the bucket, to clean the surface of the rotor to prevent carryover and to prevent the formation of rock barricades at the entrance of the bucket to assure that the bucket is filled. The rotor is based on a cylindrical drum having a pattern of symmetrical radially extending teeth affixed to the peripheral surface thereof, with the pattern also being symmetrical so that the drum is reversible end for end when the leading edges of the teeth are worn. Double pivot mounts allow limited floating of the raking unit with respect to the bucket to accommodate uneven ground.

摘要： An auxiliary implement adapted for use in combination with different makes and models of first implements includes an adjustable mounting for securing the auxiliary implement to different sizes and shapes of frame members in the first implements. The mounting comprises a bracket secured to a support in the auxiliary implement and the bracket includes a forwardly projecting portion engageable with the upper side of the frame member to which the auxiliary implement is to be connected. A side portion of the bracket extends laterally beyond the side of the support and includes a vertically extending hole formed therethrough. Mounted on the bracket forwardly of the hole is a rearwardly extending tongue having a free end portion located adjacent the hole. The forward end portion of a line in the form of a roller chain is connected to the tongue by being telescoped over the tongue and between the links of the chain. Pinned on the opposite end of the chain is a threaded bolt and the bracket is secured to the frame by wrapping the chain in a forward direction around the frame and telescoping the bolt upwardly through the hole. A nut threaded on the end of the bolt serves to draw the bolt upwardly and thereby tighten the chain around the frame. To keep the tongue from being bent during tightening, a spacer is telescoped over the bolt and fits beneath the free end portion of the tongue on one side of the hole. On the opposite side of the hole, a lug projecting upwardly from the spacer serves to support the other side of the nut thereby keeping the nut from binding on the bolt during tightening.

The toothed sleeves may be laterally positioned as necessary on the rod to enable the bearings and the mounting arms to be located laterally as required to permit attachment of the arms to any particular tool bar. The tool bar is supported by parallel links which may be adjusted upwardly or downwardly by manually operable jacks in order to change the operating height of the harrow, the jacks being connected to the links in such a manner as to enable the links to float upwardly or downwardly in the event the harrow encounters a rise or falls into a valley.

Food on the rack is broiled by heat radiating downwardly from the burner blocks. The latter are spaced above the burner tubes to reduce the carbon monoxide level in the cabinet, products of combustion being exhausted into an upper hood and then downwardly along the outer side of the cabinet. When the door of the cabinet is opened and closed, the rack is automatically pulled out of and pushed into the cabinet. A drip pan filled with water underlies the rack and catches grease dropping from the rack and the door.

A plurality of spaced, soil-working teeth are secured to the bar section and extend downwardly therefrom and generally toward one end of the bar section so as to form an acute included angle with respect to the bar section. An adjustable spring tension arrangement pulls the bar section resiliently toward the implement thereby urging the teeth into the soil as the drag is pulled across a seedbed to break up and pulverize clods and smaller chunks of earth into loose soil. In a modified form, the teeth may be fastened to the bar section to slant selectively toward one end or the other of the bar section.

摘要： A backhoe attachment for a skid steer loader includes a dipper stick formed by two separable boom components which reduce the cost of shipping the dipper stick, one of the boom components being constructed as a standard module and the other component being customized in accordance with the particular model of skid steer loader to which the backhoe is to be attached. The two boom components are inclined relative to one another at an obtuse included angle to enable the bucket of the attachment to dig in close proximity to the front of the loader. Detachable stabilizers extend downwardly, outwardly and forwardly from the loader and engage the ground during a digging operation in order to prevent tipping of the loader. Stops are carried by and located above the stabilizers and engage the loading arms of the loader in order to prevent damage to the stabilizers when the loading arms are swung downwardly in front of the vehicle.
