摘要： An apparatus for cooling bulk material, comprising a grate having a device to feed cooling gas, conveying elements configured to convey a layer of the bulk material along a conveying direction, and a planar blowout device. The grate forms a substantially smooth supporting surface for the layer of the bulk material. The supporting surface is provided at least partially with the planar blowout device. The planar blowout device has a fabric as a spatially extended dispersion element on which the bulk material directly rests, and a support structure arranged under the fabric. Webs arranged transverse to the conveying direction can result in pockets that enable a stationary layer composed of cooling material to be located above the dispersion elements.
