摘要： A wave energy harvester (100A) includes an element (120A) that converts forward and/or backward of water in a wave (102A, B, C) passing the harvester (100A) into upward and/or downward movement to thereby increase the vertical amplitude of the harvester (100A) relative to the sea floor (104A, B, C). In most preferred aspects, the element (120A) is a hydrofoil that is coupled to the harvester (100A). Further preferred aspects include those in which part of, or the entire harvester (100A) has a neutral buoyancy, and where energy is extracted from the downwards movement of the neutrally buoyant part (100A) after a wave has lifted that part (110A).

摘要： Topical compositions, and particularly hydrophobic compositions include an essential oil in an amount effective to achieve substantially complete absorption of the composition in the skin without leaving a greasy residue. Especially preferred topical compositions may also include pharmaceutically active agents (e.g., polyphenol), additional essential oils, stabilizers, etc. In further preferred aspects, contemplated compositions may delay onset, or even prevent viral eruptions on the skin, and where applied as a lipstick, will increase reddening of the lip as well as reduce chapping.

Moreover, it should be noted that such use simplifies the relation between INR and dose of coumarins or Vitamin K and reduces the number of parameters to be estimated for each patient.

摘要： Tissue splitting biopsy devices and methods use a needle portion and a sheath portion that are configured such as to allow simultaneous sectioning of a tissue to produce two tissue samples with corresponding surfaces using motion of the needle portion relative to the sheath portion. Most preferably, the needle portion has a chisel blade tip and at least two cavities opposite to each other and at the same distance from the tip, while the sheath portion has a sharpened front edge.
