The outermost layer is formed by a resin composition including: (a) a base resin prepared by adding at least one copolymer selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer to a high density polyethylene; (b) 25 to 90 parts by weight of a phosphate salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin; and (c) 0.75 to 15 parts by weight of either a silicone dispersed polyethylene or a silicone grafted polyethylene with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

The optical fiber is composed of one or more plastic coated optical fibers, tight-buffered optical fibers or optical ribbon fibers. The pair of tensile strength members is arranged in parallel at both sides of the optical fiber in a width direction of the optical fiber. The outer jacket covers outer circumferences of the optical fiber and the pair of tensile strength members. A frictional coefficient of the outer jacket is equal to or less than 0.20. Shore D hardness of the outer jacket is equal to or more than 60.

A distance between the subpixels closest to each other included in two adjacent pixels is set to be at least a sum of waveguide lengths of light emitted from the respective subpixels.
