摘要： The present invention provides a mask plate, relating to a field of exposure technology, which can solve the problem of an existing mask plate that a resolution is limited by an effect of diffraction. The mask plate of the invention includes: a pattern structure, including a light blocking region and a light transmitting region; and a total reflection structure provided at an light-exiting side of the pattern structure, the total reflection structure including a high refraction layer and a first low refraction layer sequentially provided in a direction away from the pattern structure and contacting each other, wherein a refractive index of the high refraction layer is greater than a refractive index of the first low refraction layer.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a signal selector and a driving method therefor, a display panel, and a display device. The signal selector loads a writing signal into a control end of a switching circuit during a data writing time period, and the switching circuit is connected in response to the writing signal loaded on the control end of the switching circuit, so that the writing signal is loaded to a far end of an output signal line. During a pull up period after the data writing period, a boost control signal is loaded to the control end of a boost circuit, and the boost circuit pulls up the voltage of an output end of the switching circuit in response to the boost control signal loaded on a second end of the boost circuit.

摘要： The present invention provides a display method and a display system, which belong to the field of display technology and solve a problem of large power consumption in the case of light-load images in existing display methods. The display method includes steps of: detecting, when a frame of image is displayed, a variation degree of data voltages on respective data lines; determining, according to the detection result, a load size of the displayed image; and adjusting, according to the determination result, an operating frequency of a charge pump, and outputting, by the charge pump, a voltage corresponding to the operating frequency to a gate driving unit, so that a gate driving voltage is provided to a gate line by the gate driving unit. The overall power consumption of a display system can be reduced and the performance thereof can be improved by the display method according to the present invention.

The backlight comprises a driving unit, a register, a PWM unit and a light-emitting unit, the PWM unit is connected between the driving unit and the light-emitting unit, and the register is connected to the PWM unit. The driving unit is used for converting a voltage signal to a primary driving signal; the register is used for defining a preset threshold value, which is the maximum value of duty ratio of a signal that the PWM unit outputs when performing a PWM process; the PWM unit is used for regulating duty ratio of the primary driving signal according to the preset threshold value and generating a regulated driving signal; and the light-emitting unit is used for emitting light when being driven by the regulated driving signal.

The in-cell touch panel includes a lower substrate (1) and an upper substrate (2) disposed oppositely, a number of self-capacitive electrodes (03) independently of each other and located between the lower substrate (1) and the upper substrate (2), a drive chip (3), and wires (04) being configured to connect the self-capacitive electrodes (03) to the drive chip (3). A number of sub-pixels (01) arranged regularly and data lines (02) located between adjacent twos of columns of sub-pixels (01) exist between the upper substrate (2) and the lower substrate (1), each of the sub-pixels (1) is connected to the drive chip (3) through a data line (05) located on one side of it; two sub-pixels (01) adjacent to each other constitute one pixel, or three sub-pixels (01) adjacent to each other constitute two pixels, so that at least one sub-pixel (01) is shared by adjacent pixels. With the in-cell touch panel, integration of touch control and display can be achieved without adding channels of the drive chip (3), and in turn, cost of the in-cell touch panel is reduced.
