    • A power transmission device includes a pulley (4) and a hub (11) that are arranged on the same rotation axis, and a connecting member (13) that connects these rotation bodies. A recessed portion (16) that is recessed toward the outer peripheral side of the hub (11) is formed at a portion of the other end portion (13b) that is directed to the shaft center side of the hub (11). The power transmission device capable of setting with high accuracy the operation load of a torque limiter that cuts off power transmission can be provided.
