    • In a fusible link including a plurality of fuse circuit-forming members each having a plurality of terminal portions which are arranged in a chain-like manner, and are connected to an interconnecting plate portion through respective fusible portions, and the plurality of fuse circuit-forming members are mounted on housings to form large-current fuse circuits. A bending portion is formed integrally at a generally central portion of the interconnecting plate portion, and the fuse circuit-forming members are formed integrally respectively at opposite sides of the bending portion, and the bending portion and the fuse circuit-forming members are formed by an electrically-conductive flat plate.     • A high-current fuse for vehicles is provided. This high-current fuse includes a conductive plate having a fuse and terminal connecting portions on both ends, and a resin case into which the conductive plate is insert-molded. A heat radiating portion for releasing heat generated from the fuse and the conductive plate when energized is provided on the outer surface of the resin case. The heat radiating portion is made up of a plurality of thin plates arranged on the resin case at regular intervals. The thin plates are situated in parallel with the energizing direction so as to strengthen the resin case. To keep the fuse away from both ends of the conductive plate, a pair of assisting plates facing to each other are formed in the middle of the conductive plate, and the fuse is disposed between the assisting plates. The fuse between the assisting plates is in the direction perpendicular to the energizing direction of the conductive plate.

    • A fusible link includes a fuse portion that has a first resistance portion and a second resistance portion which are formed of a fusible metal conductor. The first resistance portion has a fusible portion which is provided in proximity to a connecting portion of the first resistance portion with the second resistance portion. The fusible link further includes a metal chip whose melting point is lower than a melting point of the fusible metal conductor. A ratio of resistance values of the first resistance portion and the second resistance portion is set so that a heat concentration portion of the fuse portion whose temperature is increased by an overcurrent in a rare-short-circuit range is shifted to a part of the first resistance portion which excepts the fusible portion.
