    • The embodiments of the present application provide a method and a state control apparatus as well as a portable terminal. The method is applied in a first system connected to a second system and includes: detecting, by the first system, a first event; determining a first state of the first system and a second state of the second system when the first event is a first predetermined event; obtaining a predetermined policy including a first control command and a second control command based on the first state of the first system, the second state of the second system and the first predetermined event; and controlling, by the first system, its own state based on the first control command and transmitting the second control command to the second system such that the second system is switched from the second state to a fourth state. The second system has different power consumptions in the second state and the fourth state. With the embodiments of the present application, in a portable terminal of hybrid system architecture, the system states of the first and second systems can be controlled in a coordinated manner, such that the power consumption can be reduced when both systems are operating cooperatively.

    • A method, a device and a mobile terminal for switching network connection automatically are provided by the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: using one of the multiple available network connections for the mobile terminal as the current network connection, and setting the other network connections of the multiple network connections as the standby network connections; switching the mobile terminal to one of the standby network connections according to the priority order of the standby network connections when preset switching event which happens at present time is detected. Application of the method, device and mobile terminal provided by the embodiments of the present invention can provide automatic and quick switching to the standby network connections, thereby improving the switching efficiency without affecting the uninterrupted usage of the network for the user.

    • Methods of resputtering material from the wafer surface include at least one operation of resputtering material under a pressure of at least 10 mTorr. The methods can be used in conjunction with an iPVD apparatus, such as hollow cathode magnetron (HCM) or planar magnetron. The resputtered material may be a diffusion barrier material or a conductive layer material. The methods provide process conditions which minimize the damage to the dielectric layer during resputtering. The methods allow considerable etching of the diffusion barrier material at the via bottom, while not damaging exposed dielectric elsewhere on the wafer. Specifically, they provide a solution for the dielectric microtrenching problem occurring during conventional resputter process. Furthermore, the methods increase the etch rate to deposition rate ratio (E/D) and improve the etch back nonuniformity (EBNU) of resputter process. In general, the methods provide IC devices with higher reliability and decrease wafer manufacturing costs.
