摘要： A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device comprises: forming a recess in a substrate; implanting at the bottom of the recess to form an amorphous layer to a predetermined depth under the bottom of the recess; carrying out crystal orientation selective wet etching to form a Sigma shaped recess by use of the amorphous layer as a stopping layer. Through forming an amorphous layer by means of implantation which is used as a stopping layer in a subsequent wet etching, a Sigma shaped recess with a cuspate bottom is avoided, and a Sigma shaped recess having a planar bottom is obtained, which may further improve semiconductor device performance.

摘要： A method of MPLS network traffic switching is provided herein. The method includes these steps: receiving a message indicative of creating a new LSP successfully, and generating a new uplink forwarding entry and a new downlink forwarding entry according to the message; storing the new uplink forwarding entry, and configuring the new downlink forwarding entry; configuring the new uplink forwarding entry upon completion of configuring the new downlink forwarding entry; and forwarding the traffic according to the new uplink forwarding entry and the new downlink forwarding entry. By ensuring the sequence of processing the events in the traffic switching process, the method reduces the probability of traffic interruption in the traffic switching process. A network node device for implementing MPLS network traffic switching is also provided herein.

摘要： A clinical practice guideline can be implemented using a guideline execution engine. The engine can interpret the clinical practice guideline, obtain medical data stored in a clinical information system (CIS), and implement an action in response to execution of the clinical practice guideline based on medical data for a patient obtained from the CIS. The use of the CIS medical data in guideline execution beneficially allows the guideline to be tightly integrated into the real-time workflow of a clinician in a clinical setting and to provide patient-specific guideline recommendations. A VMR/actions interface facilitates communications between a guideline execution system and a CIS by processing a request for medical data from the guideline execution engine and implementing actions on the CIS requested by the guideline execution engine.

The hydroxyl compound is present in the composition in a ratio by weight to the flexibilizing compound of from 1:3 to 1:10.
