摘要： An X-ray imaging apparatus is configured to subtract a first X-ray image from a second X-ray image to generate a first subtraction image showing information on a blood vessel, calculate an amount of pixel shift between the first X-ray image and the third X-ray image, subtract the first X-ray image from the third X-ray image to generate a second subtraction image showing information on an insertion instrument, and combine the first subtraction image with the second subtraction image to generate a synthetic image by performing a pixel shift correction based on the amount of pixel shift.

摘要： In one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic system is provided. The system is provided with an X-ray irradiation section, an X-ray detection section, an image data generation unit, a position detecting unit and a control section. The X-ray irradiation section radiates an X-ray to an object to be diagnosed. The X-ray detection section detects the X-ray radiated from the X-ray irradiation section and transmitted through the object so as to generate X-ray transmission data. The image data generation unit generates image data based on the X-ray transmission data. The position detecting unit detects position of a catheter inserted into the object. The control section switches X-ray irradiation conditions to be irradiated from the X-ray irradiation section, based on positional data detected by the position detecting unit and electrocardiogram data of the object.

摘要： According to one embodiment, an X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray generation unit, X-ray detection unit, X-ray beam limiting unit, and X-ray beam limiting control unit. The X-ray generation unit generates X-rays. The X-ray detection unit detects the X-rays generated by the X-ray generation unit and transmitted through an object placed on a tabletop. The X-ray beam limiting unit includes a plurality of filters to harden radiation quality of the generated X-rays. The X-ray beam limiting control unit controls the X-ray beam limiting unit to place a filter between the X-ray generation unit and the object, which filter is specified from the plurality of filters based on the thickness of the object and the distance between the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit.

Then, a filter application range determining unit (26c) moves and determines an application range of a smoothing filter in each X-ray image based on the motion vector, and the filtered image generating unit (26d) generates a filtered image by performing a process by the smoothing filter between application ranges determined in a process target image and a reference image.

摘要： An X-ray imaging apparatus irradiates an X-ray every predetermined rotation angle of an arc arm for oppositely supporting an X-ray tube and an X-ray detector through a subject while the arc arm is reciprocated and rotated over a predetermined angle range. The X-ray imaging apparatus then acquires a mask image before injecting a contrast medium into the subject, and a contrast image after injecting the contrast medium. X-ray irradiation timing is controlled such that the collecting rate of an X-ray image in an acceleration/deceleration area near at least one of a start position and a stopping position of the arm is approximately equal to the collecting rate of the image in a constant velocity area for rotating the arm at an approximately constant velocity.
