    • Disclosed is a braided wire processing method. An operation is carried out wherein a braided wire is folded over with an end portion of a first ring member, forming a braided wire fold over portion; and the outer circumference portion and a cutout portion of the first ring member, as well as a conductor of a grounding line, are covered with the braided wire fold over part. Next, an operation is carried out wherein the exterior side of the braided wire fold over portion passes through a second ring member from the wire axial direction. As the second ring member passes thereupon, the second ring member compresses the first ring member in the circumferential direction thereof. The gap of the cutout part of the first ring member is thus contracted, and the conductor that projects therein is clasped.

    • By a wire end joining method, conductors are integrally joined to each other by applying ultrasonic vibration in a predetermined direction to a conductor bundle obtained by bundling the conductors exposed from a plurality of wires. In a conductor bundle forming process, the conductor bundle is formed by bundling the conductors while interposing metallic foils or plates between the conductors adjacent in a predetermined direction which is an applying direction of the ultrasonic vibration. In an ultrasonic joining process, the conductors are integrally joined to each other by applying the ultrasonic vibration to the formed conductor bundle while pressing the formed conductor bundle in the predetermined direction.

    • There is provided an earth cable connecting structure of a shielded electric wire for connecting a shield layer of the shielded electric wire to an earth cable. The shielded electric wire includes an inner insulating layer covering a core wire, the shield layer provided in an outer periphery of the inner insulating layer and an outer insulating layer covering the shield layer. A first crimping part is crimped to the shield layer of a part from which the outer insulating layer is removed. A second crimping part is crimped to a core wire of the earth cable in an outer surface side opposite to an inner surface of the first crimping part which faces the shield layer. The first crimping part and the second crimping part are formed integrally.
