摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a communication service with high utilization efficiency. A mobile communication network distribution system includes: an acquisition unit that acquires condition information; a determination unit that determines a degenerate mobile communication network which provides a function satisfying a functional requirement based on the condition information acquired by the acquisition unit among a plurality of mobile communication networks to be a connection destination mobile communication network which is a connection destination of the UE; and a distribution unit that distributes the connection destination of the mobile communication terminal to the connection destination mobile communication network determined by the determination unit.

摘要： A mobile communication system includes an OpenFlow network and CSCFs. A first CSCF comprises a terminal information assigning unit that assigns information of an incoming terminal of a destination of a signal accommodated in a second CSCF to a header part of a signal destined for the second CSCF. The OpenFlow network comprises a storage unit that stores a correspondence relationship between the incoming terminal and a device accommodating the incoming terminal, a terminal information acquisition unit that acquires information of the incoming terminal from the header part of the signal, a transmission destination identification unit that identifies the device that is a transmission destination from the information, and an open flow transmission unit that transmits a signal to the identified device.

The call-processing server comprises a call processing request accepting unit that accepts a call processing request, an acquisition unit that acquires information of a mobile communication terminal related to the call processing request from the database, a call processing unit that performs call processing using the acquired information; and a call processing result storage unit that stores information of a result of the call processing in the database.
