    • A method of managing communication in a cellular telecommunication network capable of using multiple carrier frequencies includes determining a downlink quality measurement of a primary carrier frequency and determining a downlink quality measurement of at least one secondary carrier frequency.     • According to some embodiments of the invention, a method is provided in a radio network node for scheduling data transmission and/or reception.
