摘要： Provided is an organic light-emitting display device (OLED) and method of manufacturing the same. The OLED comprises a substrate and a thin film transistor, with source/drain electrodes, located at a predetermined area on the substrate. A passivation layer is located on the source/drain electrodes with a via hole exposing one of the source/drain electrodes. A first pixel electrode is located at the bottom of the via hole, electrically coupled to the exposed source/drain electrode, and extending onto the side wall of the via hole and the passivation layer. A planarization pattern fills the via hole in which the first pixel electrode is located and exposes the portion of the first pixel electrode on the passivation layer.

摘要： A laser irradiation device and a method of fabricating an organic light emitting display device (OLED) using the same are disclosed. The laser irradiation device includes: a laser source generating a laser beam; a mask disposed below the laser source and patterning the beam and a projection lens disposed below the mask and determining magnification of the laser beam through the mask, wherein the laser beam penetrating the mask has different doses in at least two regions. Thus, the laser irradiation device can maximize emission efficiency and enhance the quality of a transfer layer pattern when an organic layer of the OLED is formed using the laser irradiation device.

The OLED display may include a substrate, a translucent layer formed on the substrate, a first electrode formed on the translucent layer, an organic light emitting member formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the organic light emitting member and including a reflective material. According to some aspects, the thickness of the organic light emitting member of the pixels forming the OLED display may be different than one another, or portions of each pixel may have different thickness for the organic light emitting members forming the pixel. With different thicknesses, the optical characteristics of the pixels forming the OLED display may be effectively compensated for luminance and color purity. As a result, the lateral viewing angle of an OLED display may be improved.
