    • A coupling device for holding together a coupling joint. The device may include two coupling halves, which may be articulated relative to one another. The coupling device may be arranged in its active position to engage portions of two interconnected pipes adjacent the coupling joint. One of the coupling halves may be formed with a catch, and the other half with a holding portion that cooperates with the catch. One of the halves may be provided with at least one protrusion and the other half with at least one recess. The at least one protrusion and the at least one recess may be arranged to cooperate and guide the catch into a position as to engage the holding portion.

    • A coupling device (1) for holding together a coupling joint, said device comprising two coupling halves (6, 7), which are articulated relative to one another. The coupling device (1) arranged in its active position to engage portions, preferably radial protrusions (11), of two interconnected pipes (10) adjacent said coupling joint. One of the coupling halves (7, 7) is formed with a catch (2) and the other half (6, 7) with a holding portion (3) that cooperates with the catch (2). One of the halves (6, 7) is provided with at least one protrusion (4) and the other half (6, 7) with at least one recess (5), said protrusion (4) and said recess (5) arranged to co-operate to guide the catch (2) on one of the coupling halves (6, 7) into a position, wherein it engages the holding portion (3) on the other half (6, 7).

    • The present invention relates to a medium-carrying hose, preferably for pressure medium and for use in, for instance, an engine unit, the wall of the hose comprising at least one wall portion (5). The wall portion (5) is connected with at least one expansion portion (4) to form a continuous hose casing, so that the circumference of the hose is variable between a minimum value, when the expansion portion (4) is unexpanded, and a maximum value, when the expansion portion (4) is maximally expanded. The expansion portion (4) extends in the transverse and the longitudinal direction of the hose, the wall portions (5) being displaced relative to each other both in the transverse and in the longitudinal direction of the hose as the circumference increases and the expansion portion (4) expands. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a hose.

    • The invention relates to a hose coupling device, which comprises a male part connectable to a female part. The female part consists of a sleeve, which is provided with a number of resilient tongues extending in equally spaced relationship along the inner wall of the sleeve and protruding inwards form the inner wall and directed away from the mouth of the sleeve. The male part consists of a tube portion with transverse edges in its outer wall. At the insertion of the male part into the female part the resilient tongues are arranged to resiliently snap into place behind the transverse edges of the male part and hence connect the female part to the male part. The parts can be separated by turning them relative to one another to a position where the resilient tongues assume a position laterally of the transverse edges.

    • A device is disclosed for connecting two rigid tubular objects. The device includes a male part and a female part. The female part includes a sleeve which, at one of its ends, is provided with a recess. The male part includes a tube portion which, at one of its ends, is provided with a transverse edge formed by an indentation arranged in the outer wall of the male part. A sleeve-shaped element is arranged to be placed between the parts when inserting the male part into the female part. The element is provided with a resilient tongue with a first device/element which, during insertion of the element into the female part, resiliently engages the recess thereof and a second device/element, which during insertion of the male part into the element, resiliently snaps into place behind the transverse edge of the male part. The resilient tongue allows separation of the female part and the male part by turning of the element relative to the male part to a position where the second device/element of the resilient tongue is arranged radially outside the transverse edge of the male part. The resilient tongue is, in turning for separation, with a portion in the recess of the female part raised radially outside the transverse edge of the male part.
