摘要： Stackable shelves for a fiber optic housing and related components and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a stackable shelf for a fiber optic housing is provided. The stackable shelf comprises a mounting surface and one or more stacker assemblies stacked above the mounting surface, each configured to support fiber optic equipment in one or more height spaces. The one or more stacker assemblies are further configured to support one or more additional removable stacker assemblies each configured to support fiber optic equipment at one or more additional height spaces. In another embodiment, a removable stacker assembly configured to support fiber optic equipment in a stackable shelf is provided. Related methods are also disclosed.

摘要： A rotatable routing guide assembly for fiber optic cables routed in a fiber optic equipment shelf is disclosed. The assembly comprises a guide portion, an attachment feature and a keyed receiver. The guide portion has a bottom, a top, a deformable first wall, a deformable second wall and a third wall forming a plurality of segments, and is configured to receive fiber optic cables of different sizes by different ones of the plurality of segments. The attachment feature removably attaches the guide portion to the shelf. The attachment feature has a first tab forming a first notch with the guide portion, and a second tab forming a second notch with the guide portion. The keyed receiver is located in the shelf and has a lip extending partially around an interior edge. The lip is received in at least one of the first notch and the second notch and friction fit between at least one of the first tab and the second tab and the guide portion.

摘要： A connector housing for use with a communication network and management system thereof includes a housing having a plurality of berths each configured to receive an optical connector adapter unit. A housing electrical connector is associated with each berth and faces the front of the housing to engage an adapter unit electrical connector as the adapter unit is inserted into the berth. Guide elements guide and align the housing electrical connectors with the adapter unit connectors as the adapter units are inserted into the berth to allow blind mating of the housing electrical connectors and the adapter unit connectors. Electrical contacts from at least two housing electrical connectors are consolidated into a cable connector positioned adjacent the back of the housing.

In one embodiment, a multi-port optical connection terminal includes an enclosure comprising a base and a cover configured to attach to the base to define an interior cavity. A mounting platform defining a mounting surface for mounting at least one optical component comprised from the group consisting of at least one splice tray and at least one optical splitter to the at least one mounting surface is provided. A plurality of mounting tabs of the mounting platform are configured to extend into channels disposed in an interior wall of the base. In this manner, the mounting platform and any optical components secured thereto are secured inside the interior cavity, which may prevent damage to optical fibers and/or splices of the optical components.
