摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition that is added when a multi-layer structure containing hydrolyzed ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is reground into a multi-layer structure and a process for preparing a multi-layer structure using the resin composition. Specifically, the present invention relates to a resin composition comprising (A) polyolefin, (B) metal salt of higher fatty acid having 12 to 30 carbon atoms and (C) zeolite. Also, the multi-layer structure is prepared by the process of regrinding by adding the resin composition to a multi-layer structure containing hydrolyzed ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.

摘要： The present invention provides a resin composition containing a polyolefin resin (A), a metal soap (B), a saponified product (C), and a hydrotalcite compound and/or a hydrotalcite solid solution (D). The resin composition shows superior long-run formability (surface smoothness, suppression of fish eye, pigment dispersibility), suppressive effect on die build-up and superior transparency and gas barrier property when added to a regrind layer during formation of a laminate having the regrind layer. Therefore, the composition is highly useful as an additive for collected materials (regrind) for forming various laminates.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for production of a stretched multilayer film obtained by stretching a multilayer structure comprising a layer containing (A) side chain 1,2-diol-modified vinyl alcohol-based resin and a layer containing (B) thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 125 to 300° C. laminated on each other through a layer of (C) adhesive resin. The method enables to produce a stretched multilayer film which shows excellent appearance even when the film is stretched at a high stretching magnitude. In the method, the (C) adhesive resin employs a thermoplastic resin having a melting point higher than the stretching temperature of the multilayer film, and therefore, a stretched multilayer film having the above-mentioned structure and having excellent appearance can be produced.
