摘要： A primary molding product is formed by integrally forming a first lead frame and a second lead frame with a primary molding resin portion. In addition, in order to prevent separation of the first lead frame and the second lead frame from the primary molding resin portion, a hook-and-hold portion for preventing separation of the first lead frame from the primary molding resin portion and separation of the second lead frame from the primary molding resin portion is provided on an outer surface of each of the first lead frame and the second lead frame. Thus, a resin molding part capable of achieving suppression of increase in a thickness thereof without deformation or displacement of a lead frame and a manufacturing method thereof can be provided.

The ground coil device includes a coil conductor covered with a thermoplastic resin molding material containing 100 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin, from 20 to 200 parts by mass of an inorganic filler, and from 0 to 25 parts by mass of an elastomer. A process for producing the ground coil device for magnetic levitation railway includes filling the thermoplastic resin molding material into a cavity of a metal mold into which the coil conductor is previously inserted, by an injection molding method, to obtain an integrally molded product.

摘要： A support structure for an exhaust pipe includes left and right side frames disposed on a lower side of a rear floor and a back panel extending downward from the rear floor joined to rear end portions of the side frames. Reinforcing plates join the back panel on a vehicle rear side in positions facing the rear of the side frames. Stays extending in a rearward direction mount to the respective reinforcing plates and support a bumper member. A muffler disposed below the rear floor and on a front side of the back panel or an exhaust pipe connected thereto, is supported on a vehicle body by a hanger rubber. A flange portion that is formed with a reinforcing plate extends rearwardly and perpendicularly therefrom. A hanger rubber mounts to the flange portion to support the muffler or exhaust pipe.
