摘要： The present invention discloses a suspended ceiling filtration apparatus, which includes filtration units. The filtration unit includes a filtration part, two horizontal strip support legs and two longitudinal strip support legs. A support plate protrudes from the support legs. The filtration part is placed on the support plate, and a buffer filling part is disposed between the filtration part and the support plate. The buffer filling part is utilized to self-adaptively swell and shrink relative to the support plate according to a weight of the supported filtration part, the buffer filling part fills a gap between the support plate and the filtration part.

摘要： The present invention relates to a substrate transfer system, comprising a number of roller assemblies used for mobile transfer of the glass substrate on it, and a controller used for controlling rotation of the roller assemblies; the substrate transfer system further comprises a substrate positioning device, which is arranged at the end of the transfer direction of the glass substrate by the roller assemblies; the substrate positioning device comprises a positioning pole, which is used for blocking and positioning the glass substrate transferred by the roller assemblies; and a buffer positioning mechanism on which the positioning pole is mounted on, providing mobile buffer for the positioning pole and driving the positioning pole to reset. A buffer reset mechanism is arranged for controlling the position of the positioning pole, and the positioning deviation of the substrate can be further eliminated; it can provide buffer contact for eliminating the risk of fragmentation.

摘要： The present invention further provides a vacuum pickup device for manufacturing process of a flat panel and which comprises a detecting unit and a first vacuum circuit and a second vacuum circuit independent from each other. The first vacuum circuit is interconnected with a first nozzle, a first vacuum tube and a first vacuum reservoir in serial. The second vacuum circuit is interconnected with a second nozzle, a second vacuum tube and a second vacuum reservoir in serial. A joint sucking area is defined by the first and second nozzles jointly, and the detecting unit is used to monitor an operation status of the first and second vacuum circuits. Wherein either one of the first and second vacuum circuits is detected as a normal operational status, then the sucking process will remain in operation; and wherein when either the first vacuum circuit or the second vacuum circuit is detected as an abnormal status, the sucking process is halted. The present invention further provides a method for performing the vacuum pickup device.

摘要： A method and system for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouses are disclosed. The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit. The method and the system not only control and adjust the temperature and humidity of each of the storages of the warehouses in time, but also reduce detection cost.

摘要： A system for monitoring cleanliness of a material handling system is disclosed. The system includes a measuring device, a first signal device, a second signal device, and a measuring host. The measuring device installed in the cartridges conduct the cleanliness measurements and obtains the measured result. The first signal device installed in the cartridges transforms the measured results to wireless signals. The second signal device installed in a predetermined location outside of the cartridges receives the wireless signal. The measuring host transforms the received wireless signals back to the measured results. The cartridges of the material handling system are also disclosed. The disclosed cleanliness monitoring system and the cartridge can reduce the cost.
