    • Billing information based on a prepaid billing system is provided appropriately even when two or more communication sessions cannot be established simultaneously through a packet-switched network. A mobile communication terminal includes a packet communication unit performing mobile communication based on the prepaid billing system through the packet-switched network, an acquisition unit acquiring billing information of the mobile communication terminal from a contract information management server that manages billing information based on the prepaid billing system, through a circuit-switched network, and an output unit outputting the billing information acquired by the acquisition unit. The contract information management system includes a contract information management server including a detection unit detecting communication in the packet-switched network by the mobile communication terminal. When performing detection by the detection unit, the contract information management system transmits the billing information to the mobile communication terminal through the circuit-switched network.
