摘要： An osteotomy cutting guide is disclosed. The cutting guide utilities an angle cutting block which is removably and adjustably attached to a stabilizing base. Also utilized is a distal hole drill block which is removably and adjustably attached to the stabilizing base. The stabilizing base has at least one projecting element which can be inserted into an existing cut. The osteotomy cutting guide allows angled cuts and implant insertions to be performed with accuracy.

摘要： A nail device includes a flexible nail adapted to be inserted into a medullary canal of a bone and a fixation bracket attached via a connector to a head. The nail has an elongated distal tip body and a proximal head. A longitudinal axis of the elongated body is at an acute angle relative to a longitudinal axis of the head portion. The elongated body is sized such that a top of the head portion is substantially flush with an entry opening in the bone when the nail is inserted into the medullary canal during use. The fixation bracket has a plurality of holes being sized to be substantially the same size as a diameter of a suture and sized to accept sutures therein to enable soft tissue to be anchored securely to the bone during use. The fixation bracket has a top plate and a lateral plate extending therefrom at an acute angle back towards the elongated body of the nail, the connector having a first part extending outwardly from the top of the head portion and coaxially along the longitudinal axis of the head portion, and a complementary second part formed in the top plate.
