The process includes introducing a hot gas into an interior of the reactor through a gas supply tube and cooling at least one of the hot gas and the gas supply tube with a coolant. The cooling is performed by contacting the hot gas with the coolant so as to provide a temperature of a wall of the gas supply tube at least 50° C. lower than a temperature of the gas at an inlet of the gas supply tube facing away from the interior of the reactor.

摘要： A process for heat treatment of fine-grained mineral solids includes passing fine-grained mineral solids through a flash reactor so as to contact the fine-grained mineral solids with hot gases in the flash reactor at a temperature of 450 to 1500° C. so as to obtain hot solids. The hot solids arc passed through a residence time reactor at a temperature of 500 to 890° C. The hot solids are withdrawn from the residence time reactor after a residence time of 1 to 600 minutes. A waste gas of the residence time reactor is recirculated to at least one of the flash reactor and a preheating stage.

摘要： A process for refining raw materials containing oil and/or bitumen includes supplying the raw materials to a reactor. The reactor is operated under a pressure of from 0.001 to 1 bar and at a reactor temperature of from 300 to 1000° C. so as to volatize fuel gases and obtain solids and non-evaporated fractions of heavy hydrocarbons. The solids and non-evaporated fractions of heavy hydrocarbons are introduced into a furnace. The non-evaporated fractions of heavy hydrocarbons are burned in the furnace at a furnace temperature of from 600 to 1500° C. so as to obtain hot solids in the furnace. The hot solids are recirculated from the furnace into the reactor. An oxidizing atmosphere of the furnace is separated from an atmosphere of the reactor by a sealing device.

Solids remaining in the reactor, including non-evaporated fractions of heavy hydrocarbons, are introduced into a furnace. A staged combustion of the non-evaporated fractions of heavy hydrocarbons is performed in a substoichiometric stage and in a superstoichiometric stage in the furnace at a furnace temperature of from 600 to 1500° C. as to obtain hot solids in the furnace. The hot solids are recirculated from the furnace into the reactor. A sealing device separates an oxidizing atmosphere of the furnace from an atmosphere of the reactor.

A centrifugal separator is configured to separate the fluidizing gas and the solids from each other. A transfer duct connects the fluidized-bed reactor and centrifugal separator to each other. The transfer duct has a trapezoidal cross-section in a vertical direction and in a horizontal direction. The transfer duct branches off from the fluidized bed reactor with a cross-section having a horizontal dimension that is greater than a vertical dimension. The cross-section of the transfer duct expands downwards in the vertical direction from the fluidized-bed reactor to the centrifugal separator. The cross-section of the transfer duct tapers in the horizontal direction from the fluidized-bed reactor towards the centrifugal separator.

摘要： A method for controlling at least one of a level of solids and an inventory of solids in a solids tank includes withdrawing a stream of solids from the solids tank via a downer. The stream of solids withdrawn from the solids tank is fluidized at a bottom of the downer by supplying a conveying gas so as to convey the withdrawn stream of solids upward via a riser branching off from the downer, a size of the conveyed stream of solids being adjusted by the supplying of the conveying gas. At least one of the level and the inventory of the solids in the solids tank is used as an adjustment variable of a control circuit and a volume flow of the conveying gas is used as an actuating variable of the control circuit.
