摘要： The invention provides genetically engineered microorganisms with altered carbon monoxide dehydrogenase (CODH) activity and methods related thereto. In particular, the invention provides a genetically engineered carboxydotrophic acetogenic bacterium having decreased or eliminated activity of CODH1 and/or CODH2. In certain embodiments, the bacterium may also have increased activity of CODH/ACS. The invention further provides a method for producing a product by culturing the bacterium in the presence of a gaseous substrate comprising one or more of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen.

After a subscriber establishes telephony service in a new location, the subscriber connects to a processing system that can update a regional ALI that serves the subscriber's location. The subscriber is prompted to enter his or her telephone number and location information, optimally starting with the broadest location information (e.g., state) down to the narrowest (e.g., specific number street on a street). If the location information does not match a location recognized by MSAG, the subscriber is presented with one or more alternatives that are recognized by MSAG. When data entry is complete, the processing system stores the updated information and, advantageously, delivers the updated information to the ALI that serves the emergency service zone where the TN is now located.

摘要： A system and method that provides a map image as part of, or along with, ALI information by dispatching a map query to a central map server after receipt of the ALI information, which includes an address, geo-coordinates or both. A map image corresponding to the requested location is returned. The ALI database may request the map image after retrieving or determining the location of the caller. Data to generate map images is stored in a central server or group of servers. In this manner, the data only has to be updated once for all users to have the updates. Further, the map server may be connected to wireline telephone facilities, wireless telephone facilities, or both, in a manner that is complimentary to the topography of the telephone network.
