摘要： The present invention provides a deflectable catheter-based system for assisting in the delivery of therapeutic agents, cellular materials and the like to one or more sites in a target body tissue. The system provides for one or more injections to a predetermined needle insertion depth with a single core needle that can be advanced and retracted from the tip of the catheter. The catheter assembly includes a handle subassembly having a mechanism for setting and limiting the depth of insertion of the needle, a slide for moving the injection needle between retracted and extended positions, a return spring for biasing the needle to the retracted position, and a modified pulley mechanism for compensating for catheter shaft compression when the catheter is deflected.

When expanded, the expandable device may be configured to position the soft tissue repair prosthesis adjacent a hernia defect. The soft tissue repair prosthesis may include at least one loop or slit configured to receive a portion of the expandable device. The prosthesis may include a tether to hoist, locate or position the soft tissue repair prosthesis. The expandable device may include indicia for positioning the prosthesis relative to the edge of the hernia defect.

摘要： An apparatus for applying cosmetic or treatment material to a user's lips includes a container containing a lip cosmetic product or a lip treatment product in solid or semi-solid form. An applicator is mounted on the container, the applicator having an upper surface formed in the general shape of human upper and lower lips. In one embodiment, the applicator has apertures extending through the applicator. The apertures advance the product in the container through the apertures and onto the upper surface of the applicator when the container is manipulated. A user applies their lips to the upper surface of the applicator, transferring the product to the user's lips. In a further embodiment, the lip product in the container and the applicator are one solid or semi-solid structure, with the upper surface of the structure formed generally in the shape of a pair of human lips.

Responsive to determining the memory access as a write-through operation, first circuitry determines whether a data input signal is in a first state or a second state. Responsive to the data input signal being in the second state, the first circuitry outputs a global write line signal in the first state. Responsive to the global write line signal being in the first state, second circuitry outputs a column select signal in the second state. Responsive to the column select signal being in the second state, third circuitry keeps a downstream read path of the cache access memory at the first state such that data output by the cache memory array is in the first state.

摘要： Described are methods and apparatus for use in supporting tissue in a patient's body. In some embodiments, the patient's breast or another tissue is supported. One method involves introducing a superior soft tissue anchor into a patient, the anchor having an inferiorly facing total surface area; and introducing at least one inferior soft tissue anchor into the patient, such that the at least one inferior soft tissue anchor is suspended from the superior soft tissue anchor, the sum of all of the at least one inferior soft tissue anchors having a superiorly facing total surface area. The inferiorly facing total surface area of the superior anchor can be greater, such as at least two times greater than the superiorly facing total surface area of the at least one inferior anchor.
