摘要： An apparatus and method is disclosed for enabling an operator to exercise comprising a frame with a load positioned on the frame to provide a resistive force. A press is positioned on the frame for displacement by the operator. A linkage joins the load with the press for displacing the load upon displacement of the press by the operator. A display is provided for inputting and outputting data. A sensor is positioned on the frame for measuring a displacement and a speed of the linkage. A memory storage is provided for storing data. A processor communicates with the display and the sensor and the memory storage for processing data. The processor transfers data to the display for providing an exercising instruction to the operator. The processor receives data from the sensor for processing the performance of the exercising instruction by the operator. The processor transfers data to the memory storage for saving the performance of the exercising instruction by the operator.

The load mechanism has a plurality of selectable weights with each of the selectable weights having an associated indicator device. A processor is in communication with the sensor, and the processor is configured to determine an indicator signal to send to the indicator device of one of the plurality of selectable weights of the load mechanism based on received performance data, the indicator signal used to indicate which one of the plural of weights to select.

The elastic tether being is deformable for providing a third length during said plug cap removed from the plug. A coupling is disclosed for joining an electronic device and a computer device. The coupling comprises a housing having a first end, a second end and a body. The body defines a contoured body cross section. A receptacle has an interior end, an exterior end and a wall surface. The wall surface defines a contoured wall cross section. The contoured body cross section is commensurate with the contoured wall cross section for inserting and keying the housing into the receptacle.

摘要： A handle assembly is provided which can be releasably attached to a utensil side handle. The assembly includes a handle member having a connector end and an opposing outer end. The member includes an open channel extending along at least a major portion of its longitudinal axis. Within the channel is provided an elongated insert which is pivotally connected adjacent the handle member connector end. A lever means having a connector portion and a cammed engagement portion is secured to the insert. The connector portion is adapted to engage the utensil side handle, whereas the cammed engagement portion is adapted to releasably engage a rocker-arm assembly located proximate the handle member opposing outer end.The rocker-arm assembly being located adjacent the outer end of the handle member can be readily manipulated to connect with the cammed engagement portion of the lever. As the insert is rotated within the handle assembly, it becomes engaged or disengaged with the rocker-arm assembly, which in turn rotates the connector portion of the lever into frictional engagement with the utensil side handle.
