摘要： Information for receiving by a computer system has attributes which the computer system is capable of interpreting for displaying on a two-dimensional display device. The information includes background and character attributes, according to which the characters are displayable in a color or shade that contrasts to the background. At least one of the characters has a certain character attribute for two dimensionally displaying, such bold, italic, underlining, font type or color. The information is rendered in a delineation that is tactile-detectable on a control surface of a three-dimensional display device. As thus rendered, a representation of the background is rendered in a first plane, while a representation one of the characters has a top surface of the character rendered in a second plane, and a representation of the one of the characters having the certain character attribute has a top surface of the character rendered in a third plane.

The survey controller calculates, from the selection of response records stored in the response database, statistics associated with the particular stimulus within the consumer environment. The survey controller stores, by the survey controller, the calculated statistics.

摘要： A method and system for tailoring a multimedia presentation of an event on a computerized multimedia system to meet a user's desires. In a preferred embodiment, a set of video streams and a set of audio streams for the event are provided to the user via a network coupled to the multimedia system. From the set of available video streams for the event, one or more video streams are selected for presentation to the user. From the set of available audio streams for the event, one or more audio streams are selected for presentation to the user. Furthermore, the relative volumes of the different audio streams may be adjusted. In response to user input, the selected video and audio streams are assigned to respective portions of video and audio output devices. The event is presented to the user according to the selected video stream assignments.

The behavior processing system identifies a three-dimensional object properties stream using the captured movement. The behavior processing system identifies a particular defined adverse behavior of the monitored user represented by the three-dimensional object properties stream by comparing the identified three-dimensional object properties stream with multiple adverse behavior definitions. In response to identifying the particular defined adverse behavior from among the multiple adverse behavior definitions, the behavior processing system triggers a warning system to notify the supervising user about the particular defined adverse behavior of the monitored user through an output interface only detectable by the supervising user.

A state machine within a data processing system establishes a hardware boundary to the reconfigurable logic within the data processing system thereby forming isolated reconfigurable logic. The state machine clears any prior state existing within the isolated reconfigurable logic. The state machine authenticates a new configuration to be loaded into the isolated reconfigurable logic. The state machine determines whether the authentication of the new configuration is successful. Responsive to the authentication of the new configuration being successful, the state machine loads the new configuration into the isolated reconfigurable logic. The state machine then starts operation of the isolated reconfigurable logic.

Position coordinates of a wireless device associated with a user are generated, along with time information indicating a time when the position coordinates were generated. The position coordinates and time information are processed to determine geographic locations and associated time periods. For each determined geographical location and associated time period, the user of the wireless device was located at the geographical location for the associated time period. A request is received for information on the user for a selected time interval. A determination is then made of time periods associated with geographic locations that are within the selected time interval. Information is then generated on the geographic locations and associated time periods that are within the selected time interval.
