摘要： In an exhaust heat recovery system for an internal combustion engine, a heat pipe includes an evaporation portion in which a working fluid is heated and evaporated by heat exchange with exhaust heat from the internal combustion engine, a plurality of condensing portions in which the working fluid from the evaporation portion is cooled and condensed by heat exchange with respective subjects to be heated, and connection piping through which the condensing portions are connected to the evaporation portion in parallel with respect to the evaporation portion so as to form a closed circuit. Furthermore, a switching portion is located to switch a flow of the working fluid from the evaporation portion to any one between the condensing portions.

摘要： An exhaust heat recovery device includes an accommodating portion extending continuously without shrinking a section therein and adapted to allow exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine to pass therethrough, a catalyst disposed in the accommodating portion for cleaning the exhaust gas, an evaporator disposed adjacent to the catalyst on a downstream side of an exhaust gas flow in the accommodating portion, and a condenser for condensing the working medium by radiating heat of the working medium flowing thereinto from the evaporator so as to recover exhaust heat on the coolant side. The condenser is located to return the condensed working medium to the evaporator.

摘要： A waste heat recovery device includes a heat pipe in which a working fluid for transporting heat is enclosed, and a mode-switching valve for switching a heat recovery mode and a heat insulation mode. The heat pipe has a heating part for heating and evaporating the working fluid and a cooling part for cooling and condensing the evaporated working fluid. The heating part is made of a steel through which hydrogen gas permeates about at 500° C. and higher. In the heat recovery mode, the waste heat recovery device recovers heat of exhaust gas by using the heat pipe. Furthermore, in the heat insulation mode, a heat transport from the heating part to the cooling part is stopped.

摘要： A heat recovery apparatus has an evaporating part for evaporating an internal fluid and a condensing part for condensing the internal fluid evaporated in the evaporating part. The evaporating part and the condensing part are in communication with each other through a looped passage for circulating the internal fluid therethrough. The evaporating part has evaporating heat pipes and evaporating fins. Each evaporating heat pipes has flange portions at longitudinal ends thereof. The flange portions project in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the evaporating heat pipe and have a tubular shape. The evaporating heat pipes and the evaporating fins are alternately stacked and brazed, and the flange portions of the adjacent evaporating heat pipes are coupled to and brazed to each other such that communication portions are provided by the coupled flange portions and longitudinal ends of the evaporating heat pipes.

摘要： A waste heat collecting apparatus has a loop-type heat pipe, which has a vaporizing portion arranged in an area for exhaust gas passage and a condensing portion provided in a water tank, through which coolant foran engine flows. A valve device is provided at a downstream side of the condensing portion, wherein the valve device is operated to open or close a fluid passage for the working fluid depending on an inner pressure of the heat pipe.
