An inclined main flow path is connected to a ball reservoir, and several inclined branch flow paths are connected in parallel to the main path. There is a first vane valve within a ball sending or discharging device, that opens and closes the main flow path, and a second vane valve within each of several flow change-over devices that open and close the paths from the main to the branch flow paths. A parallelogram link within a ball serving device, connected to the branch flow paths, raises each ball to a position where it can be shot. An electric eye detects if a ball is present on a tee or not. When balls are short in a branch flow path, an electric signal is made to a control circuit by the operation of a ball level inspection device. There are electromagnetic plungers for activating the first and the second vane valves, and for activating the parallelogram link; a switch in the inspection device and a photo-electric relay, activated by the electric eye, are connected in an electrical circuit.
