    • A disk brake device has a rotary brake disk, at least one pad, and a mount. The pad has a guide portion disposed on one end of the pad in the rotational direction of the brake disk. The mount has a support portion that slidably supports the guide portion, so that the pad can move in the axial direction of the brake. A radially outer pressure receiving surface and a radially inner pressure receiving surface are formed on an end of the pad in the rotational direction of the brake disk and serve to receive a reaction force from the mount in order to prevent the pad from moving in the rotational direction of the brake disk. A support member serves to bias the pad in an axial and rotational direction so as to reduce the production of audible sounds.

    • In a heat processing apparatus in which a gas/air mixture is piezoelectrically ignited to heat the combustion catalyst by the ignited flame for taking place subsequent flameless catalytic combustion of the gas mixture, a portion of the gas in the flaming combustion space is directly discharged to the outside not passing through the combustion catalyst upon flame ignition, while the entire amount of the gas in the combustion space is introduced to the combustion catalyst after reaching the catalytic combustion, by using a discharge gas control mechanism interlocked with the operation of the ignition button, as well as the opening degree of the external air ports is changed variably so as to provide suitable gas/air ratios upon ignition, flame extinguishment and usual catalytic combustion respectively by the air flow rate control member also interlocked with the ignition button.

The system further includes a control device for controlling the operation of the hydrogen peroxide supplying based on a detection signal from a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the generated oxygen gas.The oxygen generating system is compact and reduced in weight due to the catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide at high concentration, which can be carried out effectively and safely under an increased temperature.

    • In the heat processing apparatus, a combustible gas evaporated from a liquefied gas tank is mixed with air and supplied from a gas mixture supply means to a combustion chamber, where the gas mixture is subjected to complete and flameless combustion through the catalyst, and the combustion heat is conducted to the iron tip for use in the heat processing of a work. A gas flow channel with a reduced flow resistance is formed continuously through out the catalyst for decreasing the pressure loss in the gas mixture. Further, ignition ports at the inlet of the combustion chamber are provided with a shutter mechanism for closing the ports after the completion of the ignition. The improved structure of the gas flow channel and the shutter co-operate to attain more effective and stable combustion in a compact structure of the apparatus.
