A first flexible element extends between first and second fixing devices of the first sealing strip, and a second flexible element extends between first and second fixing devices of the second sealing strip. The first and second flexible elements, when installed, may have a pre-stress.

The first articulated cap forming a pivot bearing is positioned at least partially over the first articulated section and a second articulated cap forming a pivot bearing as positioned at least partially over the second articulated section.
