The method includes mapping a severity level for an alert to be generated for a device in a network to at least one audio tone having a plurality of audible characteristics, generating an alert for the device when an error associated with the device is learned and sending to a monitoring system the alert generated, the alert containing data or information. The method further includes decrypting the alert received and formatting the alert received to add additional information and forwarding the formatted alert to an alert-to-audio cue manager. Further, the method includes mapping the alert forwarded to the audio tone having the plurality of audible characteristics, and playing the audio tone, such that the audio tone played audibly alerts a client of the alert generated by the device.

In response to receiving the data about the social services provided to a group of clients at a data collection application running on a computer system, the data collection application running on the computer system places the data into a first database in a first format using a content model identifying entities for the social services and relationships between the entities. The computer system moves the data in the second format to the second database.
