    • Support orthopaedic device (1) for a knee joint, comprising a proximal connector (2) and a distal connector (3), articulated among themselves and respectively intended to be associated with a proximal bone (100) and a distal bone (101) of a lower limb connected among themselves by a knee joint. The device comprises a first rod (4a) and a second rod (4b), which are hinged, according to hinging axes normal to a median excursion plane of the orthopaedic device (1), to the proximal connector (2) and to the distal connector (3) so as to form with them an articulated quadrilateral. The articulated quadrilateral is planarly mobile according to a plane parallel to the excursion plane between a configuration corresponding to an extended position of the knee joint and configurations corresponding to bendings of different entity of the knee joint; the relative motion imposed to the proximal and distal connectors (2, 3) by the articulated quadrilateral is consistent with the physiological movement of the knee joint.

    • The present invention regards an orthopaedic device (10; 110) to be associated with the outside of a bone and of the type comprising a support rail (12; 112), extended along a central longitudinal axis (Y-Y) substantially parallel to the bone (11; 111), at least two clamps (14, 18; 114, 118) mounted slidably along said axis (Y-Y) on the support rail (12; 112) and supporting endosseous screws (16, 20; 116, 120) insertable into the bone, and a distractor/compressor device (58) removably attachable to the two clamps (14, 18; 114, 118) by means of respective connection pins (68) inserted into corresponding holes (64; 164) of each clamp, wherein each clamp comprises a clamp body having a base or lower jaw (24; 124) and a lid, or upper jaw (23; 123) as well as two screws (25, 26; 125, 126) for fixing the upper jaw (23; 123) to the lower jaw (24; 124). Advantageously the holes (64; 164) for the connection pins (68) are aligned along a line (X; X′) that is extended substantially parallel to said axis (Y-Y) with at least one hole for the connection pins of the remaining clamp also being aligned along said line (X; X′), thus making the overall structure of the clamps mounted on the orthopaedic device (10; 110) particularly compact.
