摘要： A plug-in connector for a two- or multi-wire cable includes a male and female contact. The male and female contacts are configured to be coupled to first and second wires, respectively, and are elongated in a plug-in direction. A carrier element is configured to position and receive the male and female contacts in first and second receiving spaces, respectively, each at a predefined angle with respect to the plug-in direction, and to electrically insulate the male and female contacts from one another. A shielding element includes first and second channels for receiving the first and second wires, respectively. The channels each penetrate the shielding element from its end located counter to the plug-in direction to its end located in the plug-in direction. The shielding element comprises an electrically conducting material, and is arranged at an end of the carrier element located counter to the plug-in direction.

摘要： A short-circuit probe for short-circuiting an inner conductor with an outer conductor in a multiway coaxial plug includes an electrically-conductive contact spring comprising a holding and stabilizing section and a contacting section. The contacting section is bent and comprises an inner-conductor contact section and an outer-conductor contact section. A housing comprises: a receiving space; an inner-conductor insertion opening in a first end face, via which the short-circuiting inner conductor of the multiway coaxial plug can be inserted into the receiving space and can be brought into contact with the inner-conductor contact section; and a laterally and/or radially aligned outer-conductor contacting opening, wherein the outer-conductor contact section of the contact spring passes through the outer-conductor contacting opening and can be brought into contact with the outer conductor. The contact spring is arranged inside the receiving space and extends over a predominant length of the housing.

The locking element is movable into a final latched position in which the locking element extends at least partially into the through-hole and blocks release of the fastening element from the circuit board.

The three wires are arranged around a longitudinal axis of the cable. The support clip has a fixing element arranged radially outside the wires. The wires are held by the fixing element in such a way that the support clip is fixed in a non-rotational manner relative to the wires. The cable is configured in such a way that the support clip is connected in a non-rotational manner to the body with respect to the longitudinal axis, and that a course of the wires is deflected by the body in such a way that the ends of the wires are positioned in the predetermined pattern. Conductors of the wires are disposed in the first holes.

One of the mounting arms has a locking element extending away parallel to a mating axis, which in the pre-latched position, blocks connection to the mating connector. In the final latched position, the securing element extends through the access opening into the contact chamber and locks the contact assembly in place.

摘要： A method for producing a multi-core cable includes arranging first and second contact elements in a contact carrier having first and second longitudinal channels connecting a contacting side to a cable side, and first and second through-openings respectively crossing the first and second longitudinal channels, and a second through-opening crossing the second longitudinal channel. The first and second longitudinal channels and the first and second through-openings are sealed in a fluid-tight manner by inserting two first sealing pieces into the first through-opening and two second sealing pieces into the second through-opening. In an injection-molding method, a connecting piece is formed connecting the contact carrier to the outer sheath of the cable by overmolding at least a rear section of the contact carrier comprising the first and second through-openings and a section of the cable protruding on the cable side.
