摘要： A fixed tube of circular cross-section, which is common to several spinning stations disposed side by side, is connected to a suction source and has, in each station, a suction slot arranged on the path of a bundle of fibers to be compacted and along its direction of advance. A cylindrical sleeve is freely rotatable on the tube and has a perforated portion which extends around a corresponding slot. The sleeve is rotated about the fixed tube by a pressure roller which presses the bundle of fibers against the perforated portion of the sleeve. The sleeve cooperates with an axially stationary retaining element which is separate from the tube and is arranged to limit the axial movements of the sleeve along the tube.

摘要： A locating frame for drawing and compacting units of a pair of adjacent spinning stations in a spinning machine where each drawing unit has a pressure roller which supplies the bundle of fibres to the compacting unit and which rotates a pressure roller of the compacting unit, by means of a belt transmission. The frame comprises: two pairs of seats for housing and keeping parallel and spaced apart two axles on which the pressure rollers of the drawing units and the pressure rollers of the compacting units of the two adjacent stations are mounted rotatably, longitudinal arms acting on the axles in order to keep the pressure rollers of the same spinning station aligned longitudinally, and transverse arms for keeping the transmission belts of the two adjacent stations, respectively, aligned with ring gears fixed for rotation with the pressure rollers.

摘要： A condensing unit for condensing a bundle of textile fibers comprises a fixed tube of circular cross-section, which is common to several spinning stations located side by side, is connected to a suction source, and has a suction slot in each station. Filtering sleeves are mounted so as to be freely rotatable on the tube and have perforated portions which cover the corresponding slots. The tube has, in each spinning station, a recess which extends along an arc of the circumference of the tube. This recess has a pair of axially spaced-apart radial surfaces which cooperate with the sleeve in order to keep it in the correct axial position along the tube with the perforated portion over the slot.
