    • A lock system is disclosed for use on an in-line roller skate to positively lock the wheels. The lock system includes a mounting member for mounting the lock to the chassis of a roller skate. The mounting member includes a movable abutment member having a plurality of abutments for selective engagement with the wheels. The abutment member may comprise a plurality of spaced apart stops for interstitial between wheels to be locked. The arrangements have marked advantages over the existing systems in that the same are readily engagable with a minimum of effort. In this manner, the user can simply engage and disengage the lock device without any encumbrances typically associated with the prior art.

    • Certain exemplary embodiments can comprise a method for detecting a circuit fault, comprising: for a sensor coupleable to an input circuit, the sensor characterized by an output signal operating voltage range: automatically causing the sensor to be electrically disconnected from the input circuit; automatically causing an invalid sensor voltage to be applied to the input circuit, the invalid sensor voltage having a value outside the output signal operating voltage range for the sensor; automatically causing the invalid sensor voltage to be removed from the input circuit; automatically causing the sensor to be electrically connected to the input circuit; and, in the event that an input circuit voltage value is outside the output signal operating voltage range for the sensor, automatically providing notification that a circuit fault is associated with the sensor.

    • A container with adjustable inner partitions provides flexibility for holding different sizes of substantially rectangular products. The partitions also cushion the product to protect against damage from physical pressure exerted on the box. Within the four walls of a rectangular box, panels are aligned parallel to the top and bottom walls. Multiple slots are formed in the panels, said slots opposing each other to create pairs of panel slots suitable for receiving a partition perpendicular to the panels. Multiple pairs of slots formed in the panels enable dual partitions to be inserted between the panels at a variety of positions. Two partitions are inserted in pairs of panel slots providing an appropriate distance between the partitions to secure a particular size rectangular product in between the partitions. Each partition may be provided with a slot convenient for receiving an edge of the rectangular product, to hold the product in place.
