摘要： An intravascular stent (100, 200, 300) comprises a framework with openings and at least one radiopaque structure (103, 201, 301). Each radiopaque structure (103, 201, 301) comprises fixed bodies and radiopaque markers (105, 208, 307) filled in the fixed bodies. The fixed bodies are connected with the framework, and are at least partially disposed in the openings. The envelope enclosed area of all the radiopaque markers (105, 208, 307) in each radiopaque structure (103, 201, 301) is less than or equal to 2 mm2, and a sum of effective areas of all the radiopaque markers (105, 208, 307) in each radiopaque structure (103, 201, 301) is greater than or equal to 0.15 mm2, and a ratio of said sum of effective areas to said envelope enclosed area is greater than or equal to 1:5. The radiopaque structure (103, 201, 301) has a desirable visibility, and does not substantially affect the crimped diameter of the intravascular stent (100, 200, 300).

摘要： Disclosed is an occlusion device having an angle variable flat disk, comprising a single-layer disk (4), a plug (6) and a waist (5) connecting the single-layer disk (4) and the plug (6). The single-layer disk (4) is braided from elastic strands and comprises a plurality of radially-arranged support rods (40). Grids braided from elastic strands are provided on the surface of the plug (6). The waist (5) comprises at least one connecting strand. An annular interlocking structure is provided in the center of the single-layer disk (4). The plurality of support rods (40) are connected into a flat integral body via the annular interlocking structure. The connecting strand of the waist (5) is connected to the annular interlocking structure and the grids of the plug (6). The occlusion device has the features of a flat single-layer disk and a flexible waist structure at the same time, and the single-layer disk has the function of adaptive regulation of morphology and is able to effectively adapt to different physiological structures while reducing complications.

摘要： An occluder includes a first occluder disc, a second occluder disc, a waist portion connecting the first occluder disc and the second occluder disc, and at least one soft and fibrous strand bundle structure. The strand bundle structure is disposed on at least one of a disc surface of the first occluder disc and a disc surface of the second occluder disc, the two disc surfaces faces each other, and the strand bundle structure is disposed near the waist portion. By disposing the strand bundle structure to be immediately adjacent to the waist portion, a defect opening can be occluded after implantation, thereby effectively blocking blood from flowing from one side of the defect to the other side thereof, and preventing a shunt from being formed.
